Was very sad to see that Howard had passed away will miss him picking on me he was a great person to work for had many of good times at work with him be at the club or when he would come and get milk for you he always had a wise crack to say, you are in my thoughts and prayers at this difficult time.

Howard was such a great guy to sit and chat with about the railroad. It breaks my heart (and many others, I'm sure) to hear of his passing. Thoughts and prayers to the Cosner family.
