Robert S. Kaczoroski

          Robert Stephen Kaczoroski age 67 passed away at home on Thursday, January 3, 2019 after a long illness.

          Bob was born on April 17, 1951 in Conneaut the son of John and Mary (Ramioli) Kaczoroski, Sr.  He was a 1970 graduate of Conneaut High School and worked at the Bessemer Railroad for 42 years as an engineer until his retirement.

          He was a member of Corpus Christi Parish and the Conneaut Boat Club.  Bob enjoyed boating and watching sports, especially the Cleveland teams.  He also enjoyed driving his vintage corvette to the car shows at the lake.

          Bob was preceded in death by his parents, his sister Lora Donna and brother John Kaczoroski.

          He is survived by his wife, Teri (Spees) Kaczoroski of Conneaut, son Justin Kaczoroski, grandson Gavin both of Conneaut, three step-sons Brian Haley and Brandon Haley both of Conneaut and Jeremy Pack of North Carolina, eight step grandchildren, brother Walter Kaczoroski, sister Mary Ann Kaczoroski both of Conneaut and several nieces and nephews.

          Calling hours will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 6, 2019 at the Raisian Family Funeral Home, 581 Harbor St., Conneaut.

          Mass of the Christian Burial will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, January 7, 2019 at St. Frances Cabrini Church, 744 Mill Street, Conneaut, with Father Philip Miller of Corpus Christi Parish officiating.

          Burial will take place at the convenience of the family at St. Joseph Cemetery, Conneaut.

The family would like to thank Hospice of the Western Reserve for the excellent care given to Bob during his illness.

          Contributions may be made to Hospice of the Western Reserve in Bob’s memory.  Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
