Andrew M. Carr

Andrew M. Carr, age 50, of Monroe Township, died Tuesday evening, March 24, 2020 at his residence.

Andy was born October 23, 1969 the son of Larry and Ella Mitchell Armstrong. Andy loved to travel with his parents. He loved to go fishing and going to the auctions houses to hear the auctioneer voice. He also enjoyed going to the rest area truck stops with his mom where she worked. He also enjoyed coloring, watching Hee Haw and westerns with cowboys.

Andy was preceded in death by his father Larry Armstrong and maternal and paternal grandparents.

He is survived by his mother, Ella Armstrong of Monroe Center, brother Walter Henderson of Monroe Center, a half-sister Tonya Armstrong of Louisiana, foster sister Angel VanCise and several other foster siblings.

Private gathering was held for the family and a Memorial Service will also take place at a later date for his family and friends.
