Ann Marie Julio

          Ann Marie Julio age 71 of Dunnellon, Florida died Sunday, June 14, 2020 at Ocala Regional Medical Center from complications from heart surgery.

          Ann Marie was born on November 10, 1948 in Ashtabula the daughter of Michael J. and Geraldine (Picard) Julio, Sr.

          She was a 1966 graduate from St. John High School in Ashtabula. Ann Marie attended the Ursuline Convent in Youngstown and later earned her bachelor’s degree from Youngstown State University. She taught for the Buckeye school system at Edgewood from 1970 to 1980. Ann Marie earned her master’s degree from Nova University and traveled to Florida to teach for 10 years in the Naples area. She later retired from the Ocala school system where she also taught for over 14 years.

         Ann Marie was a member of Corpus Christi Parish, Conneaut Moose Lodge, and the American Legion. She was a sports enthusiast and enjoyed the Cleveland Indians and Ohio State.  Ann Marie also enjoyed traveling to Jamaica and fishing.

          She was preceded in death by her parents.

          Ann Marie is survived by her brother Michael Julio, Jr.

          At this time, no service will take place. A Funeral Mass for Ann Marie will be held later this summer at Corpus Christi Parish.

          Arrangements have been entrusted to the Raisian Family Funeral Home, 581 Harbor Street, Conneaut.
