Barbara L. Edixon age 85 passed away peacefully on Saturday at Ashtabula County Medical Center, September 14, 2024, with her family by her side.
Barbara was born on September 7, 1939, in Ashtabula, the daughter of Paul and Elizabeth Davis Cedar. She was a 1957 graduate of Kingsville High School.
Barbara loved the time she spent with her family and grandkids. She cherished her family and being a grandmother, mother and wife.
Barbara was preceded in death by her parents and a brother Raymond Cedar.
She is survived by her husband, James E. Edixon, whom she married December 27, 1958, sons Jason Edixon of Kingsville, William (Amy) Edixon of Ashtabula, daughter Sharee (Erik) Wilpula of Kingsville, brother Barry Cedar of Niceville, FL, sister Judy Ware of Rockhill, SC, three grandchildren Kyle Edixon, Sara (Jeff) Smolinski of Cleveland and Zachary (Christie) Wilpula of Colorado, and two great grandchildren Jaxon and Anna.
Private services will be held for the family and burial will take place at LuLu Falls Cemetery, Kingsville, Ohio.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Kingsville Public Library, 6006 Academy Street, Kingsville, Ohio 44048.
The Raisian Funeral Home has been entrusted with Barbara’s arrangements.
