Beverly A. Drummond age 75 died July 15, 2021, at her home.
Beverly was born on January 12, 1946, in Conneaut the daughter of Paul and Caroline Iarocci Ruccolo. She attended St. Mary grade school, was a 1965 graduate of Conneaut High School and Lakeland Community College.
She retired from the Conneaut Area City Schools as a paraprofessional and was formerly employed with Fishers Big Wheel and the City of Conneaut Health Department as a secretary.
Beverly enjoyed baking and cooking, listening to rock and roll music, watching the Food Network and meeting Paula Dean at the IX Center. She loved watching football and was an avid Cleveland Browns fan. She especially loved the time she spent with her family.
She was a member of Corpus Christi Parish, Our Lady of Peace Parish and the Nami Support Group – caregivers of the mentally ill, and a former member of the Ladies Auxiliary Wolves Club. In years past, Beverly was a member of the St. Frances Cabrini Home and School Association and served on various committees.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her first husband Ronald Brooks in 1993.
Beverly is survived by her husband David A. Drummond, of Ashtabula, whom she married February 3, 2006, her son Donald P. Brooks of Conneaut, sisters Paula and Ted Kircher of Ashtabula and Rita and Tom Jennings of Erie, PA, along with aunts, uncles, several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Mass of the Christian Burial will be held at St. Mary Church, 480 State Street, Conneaut at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, July 19, 2021, with Father Raymond Thomas of Our Lady of Peace officiating.
Burial will take place at the convenience of the family at St. Joseph Cemetery, Conneaut.
Memorial contributions may be to Corpus Christi Parish Memorial Fund, 744 Mill Street, Conneaut. Envelopes are also available at Raisian Funeral Home, 581 Harbor Street, Conneaut where Beverly’s arrangements have been entrusted.
