Debra Parshall Miller, age 66 of Geneva, died Saturday, November 23, 2019 at the Cleveland Clinic.
Debbie was born October 10, 1953 in Niles, Ohio the daughter of Del and Dora Parshall. She was a 1972 graduate of Niles McKinley High School. Debbie worked for the former Premix Corporation as a Health Safety and Environments Specialist, the Tremco Roofing Company and Cal Core Coating also as a Health Safety and Environments Specialist. Debbie earned a Doctorate in Homeopathy Medicine for animals.
Debbie loved to go flying with her husband Thomas E. Miller, whom she married October 11, 1992. She enjoyed cooking holiday meals and spending quality time with her family. Debbie’s passion was her love for all dogs, especially “Sussex Spaniels”. She was well-known in the show dog community for raising and breeding award winning show dogs. Many of her dogs have attended and won at the renowned Westminster Dog Show. Debbie was a founding member of the Heart of Ohio Sussex Spaniel Club and also was a sweepstakes judge at the 2018 National Sussex Spaniel Dog Show.
Debbie was preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by her husband Thomas E. Miller, of Geneva, a sister Diana and Eric Lazear of Apple Valley, Ohio along with several nieces, nephews, brother and sister -in-laws.
At Debbie’s request no funeral services will be held.
Memorial contributions in memory of Debra can be made to any Animal Charity of the donor’s choice.
