Gunnar Grant Hagerman age 17 passed away unexpectedly on April 2, 2024.
Gunnar was born in Erie, Pennsylvania on October 25, 2006, the son of Thomas R. Hagerman and Ericka (Molnar) Post. He was currently a junior at Conneaut High School and attended ATECH studying computers.
Gunnar had a love for music and everything about it from song writing to mixing music on his computer and producing freestyle music. He also enjoyed video games and hanging out with his best friend Ethan Neubert.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather Rev. Glen Hagerman, Sr.
Gunnar is survived by his dad, Thomas R. Hagerman (Angela LeBlanc) of Conneaut, mom Ericka Post, paternal grandparents Rhoda Hagerman, maternal grandparents, Debbie Sladick and Paul Molnar, brothers Stefon Hagerman and Collin Hagerman, sister Lauren Hagerman, Uncle Glen Hagerman, Jr. Aunts Christina Scifo, Glenna Taylor and Ruben Keen, his best friend and brother Ethan Neubert, the Poland Family, half brothers Nahele Fromen and Soren Postand and several cousins.
Visitation will be held from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 11, 2024, at the Raisian Funeral Home, 581 Harbor Street, Conneaut.
Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, April 12, 2024, at Raisian Funeral Home, with Rev Robert Falke officiating. Burial will follow at East Conneaut Cemetery, Furnace Road, Conneaut
Memorial contributions may be made to Gunnar’s family or directly to the Raisian Funeral Home to assist the family with funeral cost.
