Hannah S. Chase

Hannah S. Chase age 42 died December 8, 2021 at UH Cleveland Medical Center. 

Hannah was born on November 10, 1979 in Erie, PA the daughter of Edwin and Marie McCumber Sterling.  She was a 1998 graduate of Northwestern High School. 

Hannah was a member of New Leaf United Methodist Church.  She had a green thumb, enjoyed making crafts and listening to New Kids on the Block and 80’s pop music.  She also enjoyed Raceway 7 for the dirt track races.

Hannah was preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her husband James A. Chase of Conneaut, two sons Dante and Eli and a daughter Olivia, sister Crystal Sterling and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Friday, December 17, 2021 at New Leaf United Methodist Church, 110 Gateway Avenue, Conneaut. 

Funeral service will follow on Friday at 11:00 a.m. at the church with Paster Russ Ham officiating.  Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memory Gardens, Route 20, N. Kingsville.
