Marjorie J. Godenschwager

          Marjorie J. Godenschwager age 91 died Thursday, December 26, 2019 at Jefferson Healthcare Center.

          Marjorie was born on February 21, 1928 in Albion, PA the daughter of John and Gertrude (Snow) Snyder.

She worked at Morris Flowers and enjoyed painting pictures.

          Marjorie was preceded in death by her parents, husband Edward Carl Godenschwager, Sr. in 1992, son Edward Carl Godenschwager, Jr. in 1985, six sisters and four brothers.

          She is survived by her son Gary Godenschwager of Conneaut, daughter Jeanne (Kenneth) Scott of Hilliard, Ohio, grandchildren Tami, Sheri, Travis and Brandon Godenschwager, Sarah Alexander and Jessica Widecan, great-grandchildren Coen, Peyton, Ava Godenschwager, Camden and Kenley Alexander, Colbie and Hudson Widecan and brothers Ronald Snyder and Donald Snyder.

          Graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 31, 2019 at Greenlawn Memory Gardens Mausoleum, Route 20, N. Kingsville, Ohio with Rev. Tim Krause officiating.  Burial will follow.

          Raisian Family Funeral Home, 581 Harbor Street, Conneaut has been entrusted with Marjorie’s arrangements.
