Michael A. “Mick” Cline, age 56 of Conneaut, died March 22, 2023 peacefully at his home with his family by his side.
Mick was born on June 30, 1966, in Conneaut the son of William J. and Betty J. Myers Cline. He was a 1984 graduate of Conneaut High School and was a lifelong resident of Conneaut. Mick worked for awhile in car detailing and was an excellent roofer, working with various roofing companies throughout Ashtabula County.
Mick was an avid slow pitch player years ago with Pape’s team in Conneaut and coached for the CLYO baseball program. Mick enjoyed bowling and was an avid Cleveland Brown, Indians, and Cavalier’s fan, he especially enjoyed the Ohio State Buckeyes. His favorite times spent were with his family and friends and he especially loved and cherished his grandchildren.
Mick was preceded in death by his brother Scott Cline in 2022, nephew David Lira, grandparents Fran and Marge Myers, Fred and Beatrice Cline and Frank and Anna Mundi.
Mick is survived by his parents Bill and Betty Cline, son Shon M. Cline, daughter Adrianna Cline, sister Vicki and Don Picard, brother Lenny and Emily Mundi, stepsister Michele Kellum of Florida, two grandchildren Harper Cline and Oaklyn Cline, all of Conneaut, a nephew Tanner Cline of Kingsville and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation will be held from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 1, 2023, at the Raisian Funeral Home, 581 Harbor Street, Conneaut.
Prayer services will take place at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday April 1, 2023, with Deacon Nick Iarocci of Corpus Christi parish officiating. Mick’s ashes will be laid to rest in Greenlawn Memory Gardens at the convenience of the family.
The family would like to offer a heartfelt thank you to the nurses in the Oncology department at UH Conneaut Medical Center, Chris and Mim for their wonderful care of Mick during his chemo treatments and the Hospice of The Western Reserve for the care and compassion given to Mick and his family.
