Norma J. Bartfai

Norma J. Bartfai age 75 of Conneaut, died Sunday, July 10, 2022 at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, Ohio, where she had been residing with her family.

Norma was born on November 30, 1946, in Conneaut the daughter of Fiory and Clotilda Best Muchiarone.  Following graduation, she worked various jobs and also worked as car salesperson at Nassief in Ashtabula.

Norma enjoyed gambling, visiting the casinos and fishing on Lake Erie.  She also loved to feed the birds, squirrels and deer and enjoyed watching them feed and play in the backyard.  She especially loved the time she spent with her grandchildren, family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Dennis S. Bartfai (2021) and her son Dennis W. Bartfai (2021), sisters Lenore Taylor and Rita Mackey, brothers John Muchiarone and Jerry Muchiarone. 

Norma is survived by her daughter Danette (Edward) Patrick of Granville, Ohio, grandchildren Dustin Bartfai of Spartansburg, SC, Tanner Bartfai of Andover, Ohio, brother James Muchiarone of Conneaut, sisters Betty Ann Reed, Judy Presek and Marie Wilner, daughter-in-law Margaret Bartfai and several nieces and nephews. 

Visitation will be held on Friday, July 15, 2022 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Raisian Funeral Home, 581 Harbor Street, Conneaut.
