Patricia Louise “Patty Lou” Perkoski Knapp passed into her heavenly home on Easter Sunday, April 4, 2021.
Patty was born in Conneaut on July 9, 1954 the beloved daughter of Edward Joseph and Ann Margaret (Barbour) Perkoski. Her parents called each of their four daughters Princess, each with their own descriptive name…Patty was “Princes Smiling Baby”.
Patty’s wry wit, which she seemed to have inherited from her mother, was a great part of her personality and endeared her to many, especially her older nieces and nephews, who referred to her as the “favorite aunt”.
Patty leaves behind, to miss her dearly, her twin children Nathan Knapp and Devon Knapp, son-in-law Dennis Henderson, grandchildren Brooklyn Josephine and Miles Dennis her two treasurers, her sister Joanie Norton and brother-in-law Bill Norton, nieces Jeanne (Bryan) Butts and family, Jade Hale and family, Krystal West, Rachel Wright, nephews Mitch Todaro, Edward (Alethea) Todaro and daughter, Chip Norton, Brian Caine, great niece Halee (Alex) Pickett and family, dear friends Joyce Gaylets, Brenda LaBounty, Val Somppi, Sara Ely, and Florence Knapp whom was like a mother to Patty and many wonderful cousins.
She is preceded in death by her mom and dad and sisters Donna Marie Kennedy and Julian Rae Caine, grandparents and many loving aunts and uncles.
Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 8, 2021 at the Raisian Family Funeral Home, 581 Harbor Street, Conneaut.
Mass of the Christian Burial will be held 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 8, 2021 at St. Mary Church, 480 State Street, Conneaut with Father Philip Miller of Corpus Christi Parish officiating. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Cemetery, Route 20, N. Kingsville.
Mass will be LIVESTREAMED at the Raisian Family Funeral Home Facebook page.
Masks and social distancing will be required at the funeral home, church, and cemetery.
Patty’s family requests anyone attending services to please wear happy colors to represent her happy life!
