Phillip "Phil" G. Vickery, Sr.

Phillip G. Vickery, Sr., age 52 of Conneaut, died January 23, 2018.

Phil was born May 16, 1965 in Conneaut, Ohio the son of Hugh and Mildred West Vickery. A 1983 Conneaut High School graduate, he worked for a short time at the former Premix until he became disabled. He was a Harley Davidson enthusiast and loved to work on automobiles. In his younger days he enjoyed fishing, hunting and going camping with his family and friends. Phil loved to spend his time with family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers Jeff Vickery and Randy Vickery and a sister Vickie Vickery.

Phil is survived by his children, Phillip and Christina Vickery Jr., of Cleveland, Paul Vickery of Conneaut, Brittany (William) Vickery of Conneaut, Pat Vickery of Conneaut, and Tony (Amanda) Vickery of Conneaut, a sister Sandra (George) Peterson of Kingsville, 12 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be held from 12:00 Noon to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 27, 2018 at the Raisian Family Funeral Home, 581 Harbor St, Conneaut.

Following calling hours, the family would like to invite family and friends to the Conneaut Eagle Lodge, 171 Main St, Conneaut for food and fellowship from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm to celebrate Phil’s life.

Final disposition of Phil’s ashes will take place at the convenience of the family.

Memorial contributions can be made in Phil’s memory to the family to help with funeral arrangements.  Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
