Rhonda L. (Reffner) Garbutt

Rhonda L. (Reffner) Garbutt, age 57, of Conneaut, died December 4, 2024, at UH in Cleveland, following a brief illness.

Rhonda was born January 15, 1967, in Conneaut, the daughter of Dale and Judith Burckhartte Reffner. She attended Conneaut High School and later worked for many years as a waitress at the former Perkins Restaurant and Cheap Tobacco.

Rhonda loved to be creative with ceramics, arts and crafts. She also was an avid cat lover. She was a former member of the First United Methodist Church of Conneaut. Rhonda moved mountains for her loved ones to make sure they were safe and warm.

Rhonda was preceded in death by her parents

She is survived by her husband Michael L. Garbutt of Conneaut, children Jessica Dulemba of Pittsburgh, Haylee Carton of Springfield, PA, Jeffrey, Jr. (Cassandra) Enderes of Montana, Justin (Rachel) Enderes of Montana, Corey (Seth) Catron of Seattle, WA., sisters Kimberly (Brian) Thome of Conneaut, Lynette Reffner (Mike Riley) of Pittsburgh, seven grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.

Our dear wife, sister, mother, grandmother, and friend will forever be missed for her sense of humor and warmth. In life she brought us peace, smiles and laughter and in death she will cover us and guide us all forward on our journey. Rest in peace until we will meet again.

Following her wishes, Rhonda has been cremated and the family will have a Celebration of Life at a later date.

The Raisian Funeral Home has been entrusted with Rhonda’s care.
