Sandra L. Wilson

Sandra L. Wilson, age 77 formerly of Youngstown, passed away on December 15, 2024 in Conneaut.

Sandra was born on April 1, 1947 in Youngstown, Ohio the daughter of Stephan and Jane Thiery Kusic.  She was a 1965 graduate of Chaney High School.  She worked at Strouss Department Store, Packard Electric and later as a Deputy Bailiff, Probation Department with the Youngstown Municipal Court. 

She moved to Conneaut many years ago to enjoy her retirement with her husband, Ray Wilson.  She enjoyed gardening, flowers, housekeeping and was known as an excellent baker and cook. 

Sandra was preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her husband, Ray Glenn Wilson, whom she married September 25, 1969, brothers Jimmy Wellington, George and Debbie Wellington and Donald Wellington, sister Beverly Malloy all of Youngstown, and sister Carol and Dave Hoover of Poland, Ohio, along with her uncle Randall Wellington. 

Mass of the Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 19, 2024 at St. Frances Cabrini Church, 744 Mill Street, Conneaut.  Father Philip Miller of Corpus Christi Parish will be officiating.

Burial will take place at the convenience of the family.
