Thomas L. Bigney

Thomas L. Bigney age 72 passed away January 13, 2022, at his home.

Tom was born on January 25, 1949, in Dubois, PA the son of Glade and Joan (Shannon) Bigney.  He was a 1967 graduate of Jamestown High School.  He entered the United States Navy in 1968 and served his country until he was honorably discharged.

Tom worked in maintenance construction and at ACMC for 10 years.  He was a member of Conneaut Church of God.  Tom enjoyed fishing, especially stream fishing for king salmon and trout.  He was the “fish whisperer”.

Tom was preceded in death by his parents, a brother Raymond Bigney, and a sister Patricia Bigney.

He is survived by his wife Aleda Abrams Bigney, whom he married March 27, 1979, daughter Angel Bonnell, grandson Dylan Bonnell and sister Karen Bigney.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, January 21, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. at the Conneaut Church of God, 5327 Center Rd, Conneaut, Ohio, with Pastor Carson Robson officiating.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Raisian Funeral Home, 581 Harbor Street, Conneaut.
