Vincent J. Timonere

Vincent J. Timonere, age 96, formerly of Ashtabula, passed away on Thursday, May 29, 2025, at Lake Point Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Conneaut.

Vincent was born on February 25, 1929, in Ashtabula, the son of Vincent Timonere and Gennie Giannelli. He was a graduate of Ashtabula High School and was a veteran of the Korean War where he proudly served his country. He worked for many years in his own business, the Carpet Service Company, and later in construction.

Vince was preceded in death by his parents and his late wife Doris Gabriel Timonere, whom he married March 22, 1952, granddaughter Theresa Timonere and brothers Joseph, Steve and Donald Timonere.

Vince is survived by sons, Vincent and Renee Timonere of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Dan and Elizabeth Timonere of Deltona, Florida, Paul David and Sherri Timonere of Concord, Ohio, daughter Jodi and Brandon Gurney of Deltona, Florida, four grandchildren Angeline, Randi, April and Hunter, five great-grandchildren, a sister Theresa DiCesare of Ashtabula and many nieces and nephews.

At Vince’s request, there will be no funeral service, and his ashes will be buried in St. Joseph Cemetery, Conneaut at the convenience of the family.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Raisian Funeral Home.
