Sorry to hear of Pat's passing. I am from Thomas Lee Printing & Mailing and now at Printing Concepts in Erie, PA and I did printing for Pat for some time now, most recently the newsletter in which he shared the family's recent challenges. Pat was quite a character and had a passion for everything he was a part of -- I will miss him. My sincere sympathies to his family; you have taken quite a few blows recently, but I know Pat's Spirit and Will will live on in your lovely granddaughter. Wishing you the warmth of good memories and the peace of love everlasting.

I never met Patrick face to face. We starting conversing via email and phone calls in the fall/winter of 2015 via his connection to East African. Patrick was assisting me in developing a presentation to business leaders and policy makers in Kenya to start a mortgage liquidity facility. This company, once established would enable more Kenyans to realize their dream of homeownership. I found Patrick enthusiastic, passionate and extremely intelligent. I was very impressed by his easy going manner and humor. I did not find out from Patrick that he was ill with cancer until January of this year. Even when he mentioned his illness, he mentioned it in passing and continued discussing with great cheer and charity of spirit how to further tweak my PowerPoint presentation. After reading Patrick's history in the GoFundMe page and seeing comments from others, I trust the the Patrick I dealt with, was the Patrick everyone got to experience.....a genuinely nice, caring and unselfish human being. I salute his life and once again offer my condolences to his loving family.

I meet him though guru.com and after that we build very good business relationship.
I want to share something with his family they believe or not I have tears in my eye, yesterday I had dream about pat. "That he is sick and laying on bed, I hugged him and said thanks" and today I recive this sad news.
May his soul rest in peace.
