To all of the Cerni family, I am sorry for your loss. I never really got to know your Mother, but I know that she raised her sons and daughters to become great Mothers and Fathers in your own right. Sorry I was not able to attend your Fathers funeral in 2000 as I was out of the country. Your Dad was a great employer as well as a great mentor to me in my early adult years.

So sorry to hear this. Sending prayers to the entire Cerni family..espically Ray and Cathy. So many great AYC memories. I have a pic on my living room wall of our new boat taken in 96 and the JPC PlusXI is in the background. I will NEVER forget the day I was sitting at the picnic table talking to Rupe and Kate Harris and your Dad stopped to visit. I asked him if he had and boat trips planned for the summer..he got tears in his eyes and said "im thinking its time to maybe sell her" I said..nah yo don't want to do that.Maybe one more trip to the race or air show? he said " yea maybe" .He visited a bit then said bye and left. He then got back out of his car and went around and hugged and gave all of us a kiss and said "i just want all of you to know I consider all of you my good friend and I love you all"..it was like 2 days later I heard that he passed.. it was as if he knew it was his time. So hard to lose them but comforting that they both passed in the home they loved so much. God bless you all .Dan Holinbaugh.
